The quote form

The quote form on this site is Impex Auto Glass’s own online quote form, run for Impex by its quoting service, Omega EDI, and shown here in a frame. What you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, vehicle and the damage, goes to Impex Auto Glass through that service, so that Impex can contact you with a quote and arrange the work. Impex uses it to answer your request and to carry out the job you ask for, and does not sell it.

Phone calls

The phone number on this site is connected to Impex Auto Glass through a call forwarding service, which records that a call took place, including the calling number and the time of the call.

Insurance details

If you ask Impex to handle a glass claim, Impex uses the insurance details you give, such as your insurer, policy number and claim number, to deal with your insurer about that claim and nothing else.

Your vehicle details

Impex uses your vehicle identification number (VIN) to order the correct glass for your vehicle.

Seeing, correcting or removing your details

To see, correct or remove what you have sent through this site, contact Impex Auto Glass using the details on the contact page. Records Impex has to keep for a completed job or an insurance claim may be kept for as long as that requires.
